We pull Search Console, GA4, every Business Profile and your backlinks into Pulse every night. Each month you get a written recap of what moved and why.
See your searches, traffic and Business Profiles side by side.
Pulse syncs Search Console, GA4 and every location’s Business Profile nightly, then compares each reporting period with the previous period. Choose a month, quarter or custom date range, and every tab shows how queries, pages, traffic, calls and direction requests changed during that period. You can see movement across your search, traffic and local data without reconciling separate reports.

Every number on the page reads against it, on every tab.
See which channels bring in calls, forms and bookings.
Pulse counts the conversions you define, including calls, form fills and bookings, then reports each conversion by source: organic search, paid search, Business Profiles and AI assistants. Where a channel has a cost, Pulse shows the cost per acquisition beside the conversion count. You can see which channels bring in calls, forms and bookings, and what each one costs.

On 96 conversions.
See how much traffic AI assistants send you.
GA4 records sessions from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude. Pulse gives AI traffic a dedicated view, broken out by assistant and reporting period. You can see which assistants send traffic to your site and how those session counts change over time.

Who links to you, and which links are new or lost.
Pulse puts your backlink profile beside your traffic. See referring domains and their ratings, the anchor text used in each link, your pages ranked by backlinks, and links gained or lost since the last refresh. Each link shows the page where it appears. Search, filter and export the data using the filters you choose.

Every month, your strategist explains what moved and why.
Each month, Pulse reviews your search, traffic and visibility data to identify what changed and what may have driven the change. A member of our team checks the recap against your numbers before sending it to you. The dashboard shows the movement. The recap explains what happened.
Strategy & Reporting, run by our team →Clicks rose 18% after the pricing pages went live.
Impressions rose first, on the queries the new pages answer. Clicks followed two weeks later.

Straight answers about Analytics.
What does Analytics pull together?
Search Console, GA4, the Business Profile of every location and your backlink profile, along with conversions by channel and a view of the sessions AI assistants send you.
Which conversions does Analytics count?
The conversions you define: calls, form fills and bookings from GA4 and Google Ads. Each conversion is reported by the channel that produced it, with cost per acquisition shown for paid channels.
How fresh is the data?
Search Console, GA4 and Business Profile performance sync nightly. Your backlink profile is refreshed on request, and each refresh shows which links arrived and which were lost.
What counts as AI traffic?
Sessions GA4 records as referred by an AI assistant, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude. The AI traffic view uses your GA4 data for the reporting period you choose.
Who writes the monthly recap?
Pulse drafts the monthly recap from your numbers. A member of our team checks the recap against the underlying data before sending it. The recap describes what moved and why, without recommending actions or making comparisons the data cannot support.
Where do the backlink numbers come from?
Ahrefs. Pulse stores your referring domains, anchors, pages and links gained or lost since the last refresh. Domains Ahrefs flags as spam appear under Suspect Links.
Can we take the data with us?
Yes. Lists export to spreadsheets named for the filters you applied, the disavow file downloads in Google’s format, and the API makes the data available to your dashboards and tools.
