Check-in booked · Oct 830 minutes with Herchel, agenda from the recap

A strategist leads your account team. They coordinate every service, review the work, and answer your calls and emails. Each month you get a written recap, with the visibility and analytics reports behind it.

Coordinated and reviewed

Your strategist reviews every piece of work before you see it.

Search, local, paid and content run as parts of the same plan: a keyword the ads prove out becomes a page worth writing, and a listing fixed for one office shows up in that month's recap. Your strategist tracks what is due across every service and reviews each deliverable before it reaches you.

See how you show up in search and AI answers, next to your competitors.

Ranking reports stop at Google. The visibility report measures how often you are named on Google and by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and the AI Overviews, for the searches and questions your buyers ask, by location when you have more than one. Every competitor is scored the same way, so the leader of each topic is named.

Your numbers

Reports built from your connected accounts.

The reports draw on Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Business Profile and Google Ads from accounts you own, connected once and synced every night. Nothing is modeled or estimated, so a number in the recap matches the number in the source, and the conversions counted are the ones your tracking was set up to count.

Conversions, counted

We count every call, form, booking and sale.

The reports are only as good as what your tracking counts, so the tracking is separate work. Your strategist oversees it with our conversions team: conversion actions in Tag Manager or GA4, bookings from your scheduling platform, sales from your CRM sent server-side. Some of it is setup, some ongoing as your site and tools change.

Written monthly

Every month, a written recap of what moved and why.

A dashboard shows what happened. It never says why. Each month your strategist writes the recap: what moved in search, traffic, calls and paid, what drove it, and what we recommend. Between recaps, questions get answered as they come up, and the dashboard behind the recap is yours to open any time.

What the work covers.

The team that owns the account, the reports that measure the work, and the writing that explains it.

Account management

Led by your strategist

  • Calls and emails as things come up, and a monthly check-in to set what comes next
  • Milestones tracked across every active service
  • Scope coordinated across services, so the work fits together
  • Every deliverable reviewed before it reaches you
  • A performance summary each month, in writing

Visibility reports

Search and AI, beside your competitors

  • Organic visibility per location: rankings, local visibility and share of voice
  • AI visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and the AI Overviews
  • Prompts and keywords built around your services, run monthly
  • Every competitor scored the same way, the leader of each topic named
  • New locations added to the reports as you open them

Analytics reporting

Your accounts, every month

  • Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Business Profile, connected once
  • Sessions, sources, page engagement, queries, clicks and events
  • Conversions counted on every channel, with the tracking set up where it is missing
  • Period over period, in your login any time
  • Insights and recommendations from the account team, monthly

Built for the people who answer for the numbers.

Described by how you are structured, because that decides what the reports look like.

The location(s) marketer

Every location reported on its own and the group as a whole, so the recap names the offices that moved and the check-in spends its time on the ones that did not.

The marketing leader

You have people and no time. The reports arrive read and explained, your team works from the recommendations, and leadership gets what moved without a meeting.

The owner who runs the business

You want to know what is working and what to do next, in plain words, from a person who knows the account. The recap is that each month, and the person is a call away in between.

What you see each month, and any time you log in.

The numbers, the explanation and the person, in Pulse and in your inbox.

Straight answers about Strategy & Reporting.

What is included?

A strategist who owns your account and answers between reports, a monthly check-in, a written recap each month, the visibility report on Google and the AI assistants beside your competitors, and analytics reporting from your Google Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile and Google Ads accounts, each ending with what we recommend next.

Does this replace our dashboards?

No. Your login holds every number, any time, and the dashboards stay yours. The recap is what you read: what moved, why, and what to do next, written by a person who knows the account. The dashboard is behind it when you want to look.

Are the reports built on our data?

Yes. Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile and Google Ads are connected from accounts you own and synced every night, and nothing is modeled or estimated. Where a conversion is missing, setting up the tracking is a piece of work your strategist oversees with our conversions team, on any channel.

How is AI visibility measured?

We write the questions your buyers ask, run them every month on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google, and record whether you were named, who was named instead, and what was cited. Every competitor is scored the same way, so the report can say who leads each topic.

Can we ask questions between reports?

Yes, and most clients do. Your strategist is a call or an email away, and the Agent in your login answers from your live data at any hour: what moved on a page, which location gained calls, why a number changed. The monthly check-in is where the next moves get agreed.

What does it cost?

Two plans, Small Business and Enterprise, each with a strategist and the platform. The pricing page has the details, and a conversation gets you a scope for your account.

See what your numbers say.

Send us your site. We’ll run the visibility report, connect your accounts, and show you what moved and why.
