SEARCH & AI VISIBILITY

See where you show up
across Google and AI.

Search & AI Visibility scores your presence on nine surfaces: Google organic, the local pack, Maps, ads, and AI Overview, then ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. It re-crawls every surface on the schedule you set, and every competitor is scored on the same curve.

The Rankings Grid

Every term, every surface,
in one grid.

We track your keywords across Google and your prompts across the assistants, then show you three things for every one: where you appear and in what position, where a competitor was named and you were not, and where no brand was named at all. A rank tracker leaves all three as the same blank cell.

Share of Voice

Share of voice,
for the AI era.

Share of voice is the percentage of all the visibility available for your topics that you own. A #1 counts fully and position 8 counts for a fraction, on a real click-through curve. A term 12,000 people search counts for more than one searched 40 times. You get it overall, per engine, and per surface.

Topic Leadership

Who owns each topic,
and where you sit.

We group your terms into topics and score who owns each one, rank-weighted. You see the brand leading every cluster, how much of it they hold, and your own standing next to them. Most reports show a competitor at the top of most rows, which is the point of measuring.

The Difference

What each approach can see.

Traditional rank trackingSearch & AI Visibility
Coverage Ten blue links on one page of one search engineNine surfaces: organic, local pack, Maps, ads, AI Overview, and four AI assistants
The metric A position, like #4, with no sense of what it is worthShare of the whole market's visibility, rank-weighted and volume-weighted so a #1 on a 12,000-search term outweighs a #1 on a dead one
AI answers Invisible. The assistants your buyers ask go unmeasuredChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity asked real prompts every run, scored the same way as Google
Absence One blank cell for every kind of absenceThree states: you appear, a rival was named instead, or nobody was named at all. Two of those are gaps you can close, one was never winnable
Competitors Your number, with nothing to compare it againstA leaderboard per surface, every rival scored on the identical curve, your true standing pinned in view
Next step A number to paste into the next deckCitations become digital-PR targets, query fan-out becomes content briefs, and the gaps become the next quarter's plan
How often does it refresh?

As often as you configure it. The cadence is a setting on the report, and monthly is the common choice. Each run re-queries every tracked term across every tracked surface and location, and the results are stored, so the trend lines are real measurements rather than something reconstructed later. Every run is a dated point-in-time index, and we say so plainly because the honesty is the product.

What does share of voice mean?

Your rank- and volume-weighted share of all the visibility available for your topics, from 0 to 100%. A #1 appearance counts fully and a deeper position counts for less, on a realistic click-through curve. A keyword 12,000 people search counts for more than one searched 40 times. Your competitors are scored identically, so the numbers reconcile.

What happens when a surface returns nothing?

We record it as its own state. There is a real difference between a competitor being named instead of you, which is a gap you can close, and nobody being named at all, which was never an opportunity. Collapsing both into one empty cell is what inflates a score.

How do I know a change is real and not noise?

The report labels its own noise floor. Movement under two points against the comparison run reads as steady, and we mark it that way rather than selling you a rounding error as progress.

Does it work for multiple locations?

Yes. Local results and the assistants that answer per-location are crawled per location, so a multi-location business sees the truth for each place it operates instead of a blurred national average.

What do I receive?

A client-ready report on screen, plus a branded PDF and Excel exports. Overview, per-platform pages for Google and each AI assistant, competitive leaderboards, topic leadership, the full keyword and prompt inventory with volumes, the sources AI cites most, and the sub-questions it asks while answering.
